The community raised $134.00 towards a swing set for the Winchester Community Center playground
On Sunday, February 3rd families in Winchester Heights showed up to Winchester Community Center to raise funds for a swing set. Despite the rain, many families came out to buy duros, or puffed wheat, with their choice of sauces and chopped lettuce and carrots. The event, organized by the Winchester Community Action Board, raised over $134.00.
